When will I get my order?
Most items are made to order (unless marked as "Ready to Ship"), and will take 3-7 working days before being shipped.
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location, and can be seen on the checkout page.
Do you accept cancellations/returns?
You can cancel your order before it is shipped out, and we will refund your amount. We only accept returns for damaged items. Read the full Terms and Conditions for cancellations and returns here.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are proudly made in Singapore.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You're shipping fee will be shown in the checkout.
