- Express Shipping: $USD10.00 (Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days)
- Free Standard Shipping: Offered on orders over $USD35.00 within Singapore.

International Shipping (excluding U.S.A): Shipping costs for international orders are calculated based on the destination country, weight of the package, and chosen shipping method. You will see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you complete your purchase. We offer the following shipping rates for International Delivery:
- Standard Shipping: $USD15.00 (Estimated delivery: 7-30 business days)
- Express Shipping: $USD125.00 (Estimated Delivery: 7-14 business days)
- Free Standard Shipping: Offered on orders over $USD40.00.

Currency: All shipping costs are displayed and charged in USD. Your payment provider will handle the currency conversion at their prevailing rates.

Import Duties, Taxes, and Fees: International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges levied by their destination country's customs and tax authorities. These charges are separate from our shipping costs and are not included in the price of your order. Please check with your local customs office for information on potential charges. PRINIA BLUE is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred.
2. Order Processing Time:
- We aim to process and ship all orders within 2 business days (excluding public holidays in Singapore) after receiving your order confirmation. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:
- omestic (Singapore): We use SingPost, NinjaVan for domestic shipments. Estimated delivery times are provided above.

International: We partner with reputable international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, JustShip, Singapore Post to ensure reliable delivery worldwide. The estimated delivery times for each zone are provided above. Please select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website where you can track the progress of your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy:

PRINIA BLUE will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages:

- We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find a suitable solution. This may involve filing a claim with the carrier.
- Our policy on replacements, refunds, or store credit for lost or damaged packages will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the outcome of the carrier's investigation. Please report any lost or damaged packages within 21 days of the estimated delivery date.
